The Middle School Dance Committee is recruiting volunteer for both DJ’s and DJ equipment set up prior to dances and dismantling at the end of dances for the 2014- 2015 school year. Please e-mail Jo Anne Frazier at email@example.com if you are interested in becoming a DJ for the middle school dances or are willing to help with the DJ equipment. Training is provided. The commitment includes ensuring prior, to the night of the dance, that DJ equipment and components are in storage, arriving at the school on the evening of the designated dance at 6:15, setting up the equipment (with assistance) playing music/dance games, giving out prizes, having fun and then, at the end of the evening, breaking down and storing the equipment.

It will ask you basic contact information and what events you are interested in volunteering for. Filling out the form does not automatically obligate you to volunteer; during the school year, the head of the committee(s) that you signed up to help will contact you directly to further discuss specifically what help is needed and confirm your availability. Quality Night is such an exciting and informative event for students and families alike! On December 1st and 2nd, your child will be preparing their Quality Night presentations during school hours. We will be having a little "supply store" in the library with tri-fold display boards, glue sticks, sharpies, markers, and index cards for kids to purchase should they need them.
